Our Pledge:
Our management fees are based on collected rent
No Property Management Fee will be taken until the rent is paid!
No charge for tenant placement. A reasonable advertising fee may be requested. It is not uncommon to be charged half of the monthly rent for placing a tenant in your property. There is no fee for tenant placement using our company.
Responsive to tenant requests for legitimate repairs. Our list of professional repairmen work with the Landlord in pricing their services at reasonable fees.
Properties will be cleaned and checked out prior to a new tenant moving in. We believe you will attract a better quality tenant with clean, updated properties.
